We went to lanzarote for the first time in mid september 2002 and it was very hot and humid. The breeze was nice and refreshing near the coastal areas and there was definitely no need for a jacket in the evening!
Great if you like it HOT (which I do) but can be a bit much if you don't. Our apartment wasn't air conditioned and it was a struggle to sleep as leaving windows open wasn't really an option. Still, I'm not complaining got a brilliant tan and didn't rain once!
