After visiting lanzarote in january i can recommend going at this time of year as weather was lovely about 24 most days and there is always a nice breeze to.The evenings do get a bit cooler so would take a jacket to wear for then.

January is not the hottest month in Lanzarote, and we have seen rain (but not much) when we visited at this time of the year. The evenings can get quite chilly, so I would advise you pack a jacket. At least you will be prepared if you need it! The weather in the daytime was very nice, but as ever be wary of the winds as this can make it feel cooler than it is! Beautiful island!
