The standard of service provided by CanalTravel was excellent. Rafael was awaiting your arrival in arrivals lounge and took straight to minibus. Driver was very courteous. Arrived at villa in less time than would by taking a taxi. Collection for return journey was early, therefore no worries about being late. Would recommend anyone who needs transport to and from Arrecife to use CanalTravel. We look foward to using them in the very near future on our holiday in Lanzarote. Many thanks again Canal Travel.

I cannot praise enough the standard of service we received from Rafael and his team at Canal Travel. From the initial enquiry and booking, right through to our prompt collection from and to the airport, the whole service provided by this company is smooth, efficient and faultless and the courtesy afforded us was second to none. Nothing is too much trouble and the satisfaction of their customers is obviously very important to them. We have no hesitation in recommending anyone travelling to Lanzarote to use Canal Travel and look forward to returning again ourselves. Once again many thanks to Rafael and his team.

Rafael met my wife and I at the airport as promised. He and his drivers are very professional and courteous. We were at the villa less than an hour after landing, just what you want at the start of your holiday. He also organised for a rental car for us. I would recommend this service to everybody, it certainly beats the tortuous route of visiting other peoples hotels and apartments before arriving at your destination.

RAFAEL MET MY FAMILY AND I AT THE AIRPORT.MY DAUGHTER HAD TAKEN ILL ON THE FLIGHT.RAFAEL TOOK TIME OUT TO WAIT AROUND WHILE MY DAUGHTER WAS SEEN BY MEDICS,THEN HE TOOK ME TO THE PHARMACY TO GET MY DAUGHTERS MEDICATION.HIS HELP AND SERVICE WAS AMAZING.WHAT STARTED A NIGHT-MARE ENDED UP BEING ONE OF THE BEST HOLIDAYS EVER,THANKS TO RAFAEL.

I used canal travel transfer for the first time last month.Rafael was at the airport(arecife)as promised and more importantly was bang on time for the return.There is nothing worse than standing after agreed time wondering if you have been overlooked.I would recommend this service to anyone,Ian Begley (Scotland)

Many thanks for the wonderful and efficient service you provided,
transfering us to and from the airport, on our recent visit to Lanzarote. It
was so good to be taken quickly and smoothly to the mini bus and away from
the crowds at the airport and the long taxi queues. We only wish we had
booked some of your excursions before our recent trip. We shall certainly
recommend Canal Travel to our friends and will contact you before our next
trip to Lanzarote, to book the minibus service and arrange some sightseeing
trips.

It was much more relaxing to have someone pick us up at the airport and take us to our resort of Playa Blanca. Much less stress than waiting for a taxi.
5 stars to the driver for picking us up at such an early time in the
morning (6am!) to go home.
I will be recommending you to anyone else I know that is travelling to Lanzarote.
We had such a good holiday and lovely weather. (April 2003) Much enjoyable.

We were met at the airport by Rafael and driver and taken to our villa in Playa Blanca.
On our departure we were picked up and taken to the
airport in a people carrier which was very comfortable.
We are returning to Lanzarote over christmas and would definitely use Canaltravel again.

I used Canal Travel mini bus when my friend and I visited Lanzarote in March 2003. Excellent, friendly service and highly recommended. Heaps better than being herded into the holiday coach and having to stop at everyone elses appartment when you are dog tired and wanting a nice cuppa tea.
