We were met by Raphael,who was very courtious and friendly,taken to his mini-bus and taken to our
appartment in Puerto Del Carmen in no time at all,It was an exellent start to our holiday as I am disabled it took all the worry out of the transfer for me.
We were met at the appartment 15 mins early which was excellent the driver was very good and helped with the luggage.
We would have no hesitation in using your service again,and would recomend your excellent service to anybody who was travelling to Lanzarote

We arranged the pick up a few days before and even though we were really late arriving due to several delays on the way, Rafael was waiting for us at the airport with a smiley face.
We were quickly escorted to our appartment, avoiding all the long queues for taxis and all the hassle.
Whilst we spent more money than on a taxi it was money well spent and the return to the airport prompt and efficient.

Dear Mr. Perez,
My wife and I recently visited Playa Blanca on holiday. We were a bit concerned about the transfer from the Airport to Playa. I accidentally came across your new mini-bus service on the internet and very quickly signed up for the return journey. Our concerns about the transfer weere quickly dissipated when we were met at Arrecife as planned and in no time arrived at our holiday destination. The return was just as comfortable and efficient. We would like to record our appreciation for the service and the efficient way our transfer was handled. We came over to Costa Teguise for a week's holiday between August 28th and September 4th.
We would just like to say thanks very much to Rafael for all of his help that he gave us, especially on our arrival.
We would have been totally stuck without his help. We look forward to returning to Villa Ashley in Costa Teguise soon - thanks very much, once again.
There were 5 in the party and the service provided was excellent.

We booked over the web - very easy. On arrival Rafael was there to meet us and escort us to our taxi. For our return journey the taxi was early and got us to the airport in record time - Spanish driving habits are a little more relaxed than in the UK! Overall a very good service that we would happily use again and recommend highly. We were also refered by Rafael to another company running day trips and car-hire. Not quite so good...the trips were sold a bit hard and the car hire could be bettered by the hotel but only minor gripes. For transfers this is a great and friendly service.

Your service made the start and end of our holiday stress free as we were travelling independently with no transfers included. We did not want to wait for taxis as there were five of us. We booked our whole holiday over the internet, including the transfer service with your company, we were a little worried as we had always booked through a travel agent before, so this was the 1st time by internet. Everything went according to plan and the tranfer service was 1st class, we were met at the airport by a happy smiling Rafael and transfered very comfortably and safe. For our return, the pick up time was exact, we were told we would be picked up at 12.15pm. and the driver was there right on time, we were again transfered with comfort, speed and very safely. We cannot fault the service in any way. Thank for making the start and end of holiday very smooth and safe.

Even though our flight was 2 hours late, we were met by the courteous Rafael, and were on our way in the 20 seat minibus (to ourselves!) in no time and arrived safetly and quickly. The return journey was by taxi and was on time. Highly recommended, takes the worry , delay and stress out of the transfer from the airport and is not much dearer than a taxi ride.

Beating the crush

Having booked the transfer off the internet I was a little worried as to the service we would get. However no problems after getting our baggage we were met by a very cheerful Rafael & had a mini bus to ourselves & were in our resort within 15 minutes. The taxi queue was averaging 1 hour transfer times. Coming home the Driver was even 10 mins early which was great as we were first to check in for our flight. Thanks again Rafael & good luck to you & your team. We will be back & we will be in contact again
