We have used Rafael's service for the first time May 2004 after problems in previous years with bus and general strikes and we will certainly be using him again on our return to Lanzarote in September 2004.
We found the service excellent and the drivers friendly and helpful.

i have travelled with rafael twice and i am going back with him on the 27th of may to los ficus costa teguise, i will also be going with him on the 5th of august, i would higly reccomend him his service is excellent ** we are also proud to say we were one of his very first customers***

Excellent service

We used Canal Travel for our airport transfers when we were on holiday in Puerto del Carmen in January 2004. Canal Travel were waiting for us on our arrival at the airport and took us straight to our villa. We were picked up at our villa for our return journey by Canal Travel and the mini bus which came for us was spot on time. We found this to be an excellent service and a cost effective service as we were a party of five and would have needed two taxis. We would highly recommend Canal Travel and will be using them again when we go back in 2005 !

Good service, waiting for us at the airport, swift comfortable journey to our accommodation. The return pick up was spot on time, not expensive. It beats sitting in a coach for an hour, we will use Rafael and Canal Travel again without a doubt.

I could not have wished for a better service many than

when we arrived in Arreciffe airport we were greeted by two polite Spanish men who without any prompting reorganised our cases on the trolley and then pushed it out ot the terminal beckoning us to follow. We soon arrived at a tidy 9 seater minibus ,our cases were loaded the driver introduced himself and then asked for full payment of our transfer to and collection from the hotel (an amount that we had been quoted before booking in the U.K.). We had plenty of room as there are only 4 of us . The driver gave us all a map with some attractions on it and though I spoke no Spanish he tried to make me aware of interesting views etc as we travellrd to our destination . We arrived at our hotel relaxed after approx. 25 min. trip. The driver escorted us to the reception then unloaded our cases into the lobby while I checked in. On the departure day our driver arrived 10 mins. early in a 19 seater minicoach loaded our bags while we said adious to people we had met while on holiday, then returned us to the airport in plenty of time to catch our flight home. In conclusion I would highly recommend this service though perhaps a tiny bit more expensive than a taxi it was worth every penny and NO QUEUES

I found this service on the net read all the reviews
liked what i saw. But you wonder if its going to work well it does and very proffestional and polite
The Boss meet us at the aiport and adviced us of a collection time 14 days later.
14 days later driver turns up at our villa door dead on te time they said they would
well done thats what we call service and value for money !

The perfect start to our holiday

We must have been one of the greatest challenges Rafael and his team have faced!
Having seen his service on the morning we were due to depart, we half-heartedly attempted to book transport to Puerto del Carmen fully expecting not even to get a response before we departed half an hour later. How wrong could we have been!...within 2 minutes of placing the order we received a confirmation email with details of where and how we would be met.
On arrival at the airport a few hours later, we were met by a smiling Rafael who introduced us to his driver and helped us board the bus with our luggage. The driver took us to our destination within minutes and again helped with the luggage, not leaving until we were safely at the reception desk.
The return journey was equally as prompt and efficient and we would have no hesitation in recommending Rafael's service to anybody, indeed we are returning to Lanzarote next year and booking Rafael's service will be the first thing we do!

I found this service via the Lanzarote Webcam website and I'm delighted I did. Excellent service from start to finish - arranged via e-mail in a matter of minutes and met exactly on time for the outward and return journeys. Highly recommended for a stress-free holiday!

This firm was recommended by a company we hired a villa from and we were not disapointed. I arranged everything over the internet. They were there at the airport door waiting for us on arrival and took us straight to villa. i got a provisional return time from them but i rang and changed this-no problem. Did everything they said they would. Excellent Service to recommend to anyone
