As regular traverlers to the island,this year was the first time we used canal travel.
Raephel was waiting in the lounge for us upon arrival,with a huge smile fixed to his face.
We were shown directly to the minibus,where the driver loaded our considerable amount of luggage{we were a party of 10}
The driver was excellent,and freindly.
I would recommend Raephel and his company to any body visiting the island.

We booked our transfers on line, and were pleased that (a) they don't ask for money until you arrive, and (b) Rafael himself (lovely man) met us. They were waiting at the airport as soon as we emerged, and picked us up bang on time for our return journey. I don't think I've ever experienced such a successful transfer: we were out on the town within 40 minutes of arriving at the airport (which included the drive, checking in and unpacking!). What a change from the usual irritating holiday reps! Highly recommended!

We arrived in lanzarote on time and as soon as we went through to arrivals, we were met by Raphael , then we went to the minibus and were on our way and we could not believe that from coming through arrivals to getting on the mini bus was no more than 5 minutes, so with a baby and a 2 year old it was a such a relief. An excellent and friendly service which we will not forget when we return to Lanzarote- Thanks so much

We had booked our holiday for May 2004 and although we had a transfer included in our travel company's price we didn't fancy the long transfer time quoted in the brochure for what is essentially a 10 min drive from the airport. So when I saw the Canal Travel Minibus service I didn't hesitate to book. There was 5 of us and the price was extremely reasonable and very convenient to be able to pay upon arrival.
We were met at the airport by Raphael and the driver who were both very friendly. We confirmed pick -up times and got to our accommodation in no time at all. We were picked up to come home within the time we had asked and had no problems whatsoever.
I would recommend the service to anyone. We have booked again for November and have Canal Travel transferring us for a second time. Excellent service.

after booking our first independent holiday to a villa via the internet, we were faced with arranging our own transfers. This proved no problem whatsever with canal travel. We were waited on at the airport( even though our flight was 2 hours late) and delivered safely and comfortably to our villa. We had a change of flight times on the return, and once again this was dealt with with no problems whatsoever. Can highly recommend canal travel and Raphael is a star( he even accompanied our minibus to the airport at 6am in the morning to ensure we arrived on time.)

once again we went to lanzarote for lovely sun and sea, and of course we booked our transportation with rafael, however this time was very very different as we also booked our accomadtion with him, and all ican say is fantastic.
we are going back in august staying at the el guarapo and rafael is once again providing the transport (we pre-booke daccomadtion last year0 however when we go back again in october i will once again be asking rafael to book our accomadation as well possibly the ppagayo arena well done rafael as always
oh he even took time out to come and see us at the ficus apatment sto see everything was ok.

It was great to be met at the airport - it made such a great start to the holiday. Rafael was also more than willing to accomodate changes to our arrangements for returning to the airport (we arranged car hire through him after arriving at the hotel), and promtly delivered a refund of the pre-paid taxi fare to the hotel. The service provided is excellent, and I would warmly recommend it to anyone visiting Lanzarote. When I come back to the island, I'll be sure to use them again.
