Booked the airport transfer as I'm a regular visitor to Lanzarote and to the webcam site, and have seen the queues for Taxi's grow in size substantially over the last few years.
Plane was slightly late, so by the time we got out with the cases it was almost an hour after the original pickup time, but not to worry, there was Rafael's driver ready and waiting. Rafael was at the airport as well so we got to say Hello for a few mins and had a quick chat, which put a nice personal touch to the service.
Right out of the airport and into a very good minibus, and whisked away to Puerto Del Carmen (stopped at the Los Cocoteros apts).
Return trip was just as swift (even more so as we were picked up at 7AM .. )
I will definately be using this transfer service on my next visit, it's SO much easier than the ever growing queue for taxis, and infinitely better than listening to some tour rep drone on about what excursions they are offering.

We booked the day before we arrived - rafa was there to greet us and we were promptly taken to our appts - the return was just as efficient - when we travel to Lanza again ..... it will be the only was we transfer . once again - thank you rafa and co

Were welcomed by Raphael and Juan who drove us straight to destination. On return Juan was prompt and loaded our cases onto bus and unloaded them onto a trolley at airport. Would definitely recommend them, very reliable.

Last year we booked Rafael through the internet for our october holiday and were absolutely thrilled about the help we received when we arrived at Arrecife. It certainly beat the taxi queue.
We have booked again for october 2005 and are looking forward to the star treatment again.

First time abroad, Booked Rafael from Canal Travel via internet so was not sure if we had done right thing, We did!! Rafael met us at Arriceffe arranged for his driver to take us to our villa then we arranged for driver to take us on a tour on the monday and he was better that a tour guide! Cant wait to go back, thanks Rafael and staff

A Perfect Worry-Free Service

Our flight was over an hour late but we didn't have to worry as Rafael and co. were there waiting for us. The mini bus was large, cool and clean and the trip was perfect. The return trip was just as great. We are returning to Lanzarote next year and will definitely be using this company again.
